The staff at This Pharmacy is top-notch. They were very friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions with a smile on their face! The prices are also reasonable which means that you can get what treatment or medication will work for your budget without having too much trouble paying it off each month.

This place is amazing. It's a small independent pharmacy and the owner, Michael is an amazingly nice guy. He seems to know everyone's name that walks in and knows exactly what they need. I gave them my prescription and they filled it on the spot, immediately. On my way out he called me by name and said he hopes I feel better and have a great day.

This is a small locally owned pharmacy with good prices and fantastic service. Michael is the owner and operator of this small town local pharmacy. Like cheers it's a place where everyone knows your name and you always feel welcome. I moved out of Wakefield a few years ago and live several miles away yet I like this place so much I don't mind it being a little out of my way for the friendly customized service I get here. Michael, the owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet in your lifetime!

Michael is the absolute best. Caring, considerate & takes the time to explain everything. When my 102 year old mother-in-law needs a flu or booster she just stays in the car & he comes out to give it to her. I doubt anywhere else would do that. Great selection in this place & if he doesn't have what you are looking for, he will order it & have it within a day or two. Can't say enough positive things about Michael & this business. I will be a forever customer.

Michael and his staff are so welcoming and caring. I don't like the big pharmacy stores because you don't get that personal care. Your just a #. At the medicine shop they treat you like family. You won't find a better Pharmacist then Michael. He never rushes you! And he explains everything!! The absolute best Pharmacy hands down!!!! Thank you Michael and your staff. You all are the best!!!

Kindest pharmacists I've ever met. They have very candid advice and seem to care about me as a person even though I'm only there once a month for a $2 prescription. It's difficult to hear that my insurance company will only authorize my medication in a 3 month supply when I use a big-name pharmacy, but it's worth it to go to people who care.

Shout out to the Medicine Store, 409 Lowell St, Wakefield. I have gotten my Covid shots there and called to see if they do Shingles. Yes they do. I called close to when they opened and the Pharmicist picked up!. He is so polite and friendly. I can do a walkin. He asked if I wanted to have him look up to see if my insurance covers it. Wow! Its a very tiny place. I dont mind the wait when I have gone, because the service is wonderful, the people that work there are wonderful and I like supporting a local business. When I have gone there before I felt like I was back in Mayberry. I can tell his regulars adore them. update: went for my shot. A customer was there for his Elderly Mom's shot. She got to wait in the car and Michael came out to adminster the shot for her. Another customer came in and he was asking how his family member is doing and tell her I said hello. Ya, it was a nice visit to Mayberry today, a dose of niceness.

This is the best pharmacy that exists! If you want a little slice of joy in your day and to feel like a human connected in community, this is the place for you! Michael and Bill are amazing! So friendly, knowledgeable, the customers are all nice. Felt like I stepped into an alternate universe of better, more connected times.
